I really hope to see an announcement from VesCorp that they need pilots once more to search for their CEO and Founder, Isaac Richmen.
I really miss those guys.

Report 1
Greetings,
I have successfully made it back to from Ves Corp Test Pilot Program. The experiment was done last night at 7:30pm. I personally thought this experiment was wonderful, despite it's short comings. If you're reading this and you're a test pilot for either today or Sunday PLEASE DON'T READ. There will be spoilers.
Now, you may be asking, what is the world is Ves Corp? To be honest I'm not entirely sure. Possibly a company that prides itself on the ability to do inter-dimensional travel?
Then why did I sign up? Because LOOK AT THEIR INSTAGRAM AND TELL ME YOU WOULDN'T SIGN UP.
So I showed up at the experiment site last night in Boyle Heights. I was kind of surprised that the experiment was going to be held in a large U-haul. You heard me, a u-haul. I'm a good sport so I signed my waiver. Then the registration crew told me I can sit at the chair outside the u-haul and help myself to snacks. To boot, I got my very own personalized Ves Corp ID that had a QR tag that links to my very own personal Ves Corp webpage. Awfully nice of them! :)
The u-haul doorman opens the back door and tells me to proceed inside. The u-haul had two men who told me to sit down on a plain stool where I was then strapped in with a backpack, head phones, and a half-face respirator. He asks if I feel okay and proceeds to tell me that I'm a test pilot for Ves Corp and the hope is that I will successful jump into a different dimension. He also instructed me to listen to a sound in the headphones and count back 10 to 1. Within seconds, I heard a strange sound, with a voice saying "10..." so I started my countdown.

And then everything went black. My audio equipment successfully tuned in a frequency causing my body to transport itself into a different dimension. It was black but the music and the vibrations from my backpack kept me grounded. Soon red lights that appeared to be eyes of some creature appeared and approached with caution. Another one appeared too but hung out more in the back. Meanwhile the u-haul wobbled as the performers moved around which kinda took away the experience a bit. The creatures disappeared and I was in total darkness again, only hearing the noises coming from outside (which also took me from the experience a bit).
Next thing I knew I was transported to somewhere in this dimension that was more lit and blue. I saw a figure, moving in the medium that was draped in the back of the u-haul. Almost looked like some blob but soon the creature revealed her self (I think it was a woman). She was haunting and mesmerizing. As she danced and approached me with caution there were effing laser lights and the music in my headphones were whirling itself up in a crescendo. This part was just AMAZING. Before my brain could really process her presence, she was gone. I'm in blackness again. The music dies down in tempo and I'm transported back in my world. The lights turn on, the gentleman congratulates me while removing my dimensional travel gear. I am instructed to leave. I look around the u-haul and can not for the life of me find out how the girl came and left the u-haul during her performance. That was magic.
Now personally when I started this experiment I will admit that being in a u-haul in Boyle Heights seemed janky to me. The ticket price was not super high so I'm not upset about being ripped off. One thing that I thought REALLY needed some cleaning up was the dialog of the two men. Especially when I was told initially how the equipment worked. I was told that "this will make your ears go crazy". For a company that prides itself on technology "make your ears go crazy" kinda felt like he completely messed up his lines and was just improving. I was the second person to do this event so I can understand the actors were nervous but it still felt a little sloppy. The tilt of the u-haul and the outside noises were distracting but everything else in this 15 minute performance felt special and because this feels BETA to me I have a lot of high hopes for future performances. So will I go back to support Ves Corp?
You bet your ass I will.
Oh and I wish they told people about this before hand but they're selling shirts at the event! I think they're $25 and yes I will go back Sunday before dinner to buy one so Ves Corp, if you're reading this, save a size large please. :)
